My name is Maggie, and I’m honored to be featured as the online pet therapy dog for THA Group’s Island Hospice. I’ll be visiting you through the “blogosphere” to bring you a little cheer and brighten your day.
I’m a 7 year old Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. I began working as a therapy dog in 2009 as a “Healing Hound,” providing comfort and affection to many wonderful people in a Connecticut hospital. I’ve been told that my presence has helped to reduce stress, improve moods, and even lower blood pressure.
Thank you for visiting my blog feature! I promise you tips, quips, quotes and photos that I hope will make you smile.
